Q&A

New Google Ads accounts connected through Adcore Connect can receive a promotional ad credit of up to $500 (or the local-currency equivalent) once the account reaches $500 in qualifying spend within the platform's eligibility window. The credit is issued by Google and appears as a promotional balance in the account.

Adcore is a Google Premier Partner, which allows us to extend Google's partner-tier promotional offers to accounts connected under our manager account. You can verify our partner status on the Google Partners directory.

Google sets the eligibility rules, and they can change. At present an account generally needs to:

  • Be newly created – typically within the last 60 days
  • Belong to an advertiser that is new to Google Ads (Google checks this, among other signals, by the landing page domain)
  • Have no other promotional offer already applied
  • Be billed to a country where Google Partners promotions are offered

Google's full promotional codes policy governs every case, and terms can differ between applicants and countries.

One promotional credit per Google Ads account. If you manage multiple eligible accounts, each may receive its own credit as long as it is connected.

Yes. When you connect a manager account, the eligible accounts underneath it – including ones created later – become eligible for the Google Ads credit.

To connect, a single account must show at least $1 of spend in the last 30 days. A manager account must contain at least one account with $1 of spend in the last 30 days and no more than 200 linked accounts.

Connecting your account through Adcore Connect links it to Adcore's manager account, which Google confirms by email. The email is a standard notification about the link; it does not grant Adcore access to edit your campaigns or billing.

In Google Ads go to Tools and settings → Billing → Promotions. Google may take up to 35 days to review eligibility and apply the credit after the spend threshold is reached.

The most common reasons are: the $500 spend threshold has not been met yet; Google's review period (up to 35 days) is still running; the account did not meet one of Google's eligibility rules; or the promotion is not offered in your billing country. If none of these apply, contact our support team.

The spend threshold must be reached within 60 days of account creation; otherwise the offer lapses. Once Google has applied the credit, it does not expire. Google may update these terms at any time.

Yes. Choose "Create new account" during the flow and the new account can be set up and connected in one step. If Google does not approve your domain, improve the website and try again or use a different domain.

Contact support and we will remove the link to Adcore's manager account. Note that disconnecting before the credit is applied may make the account ineligible.

Google Ads credits are a Google promotion, funded, approved and applied by Google under its own terms. Adcore Connect facilitates eligibility but does not guarantee that any credit will be granted, its amount, or its timing, and is not liable for credits that Google delays, declines or revokes. Credits have no cash value and can only be used for Google Ads spend. Google Ads and Google Partners are trademarks of Google LLC.
